Siri Imani Is Ready to Rise
Question: What do you do outside of Triiibe Foundation?
Siri's Answer: Outside of TF, I completely dive into my creativity. Writing, hosting open mics, creating visuals, whatever i have time to do!
Question: What is your role at Triiibe Foundation?
Siri's Answer: Aside from being one of the co creators, I’m also the executive director for our homelessness/displacement initiatives.
Question: What are your hopes for Triiibe Foundation this year?
Siri's Answer: My hope this year for TF is growth. We need a space where we can run every program efficiently, and we need good people willing to help do the work! This year I see us helping more & more people while building a strong, empathetic community.
Question: What will Triiibe Foundation look like long-term?
Siri's Answer: TF will have many faces. Some physical, some theoretical. I see us having a community space for other Artivist to connect, learn, receive assistance, and build their brands. We will provide resources for the most vulnerable people in our city. We will keep our local artist supported, and assist in the creativity of the upcoming youth interested in the arts as well.
Question:
What makes our organization’s mission unique and powerful?
Siri's Answer: What makes our organization unique is that WE ARE THE PEOPLE. Common people that chose to educate and align with others towards a common goal. Our journey is inspiring because any of us can do it. We hope when people see us, they see themselves and how attainable it is to reach our personal community goals.
Question:
How will the new space be beneficial to you?
Siri's Answer: Ownership has always been a goal of ours. Having something that not only can’t be taken away, but can be given. Having a permanent place means no more hours upon hours driving around finding people in need either. Anyone who needs us, can come to us at one consistent location for whatever they need.
